Silesia Growth Hub provides consulting and implementation services for industrial IT solutions. Our actions are based on clear rules. Before we start work in your factory, we jointly establish the scope of the audit and the automation plan. Each project is different, which is why we always approach it individually. Our goal is to really increase the efficiency of your machines without disrupting the production process.

Upon starting cooperation, the client agrees to provide the necessary information about the machine park. We, for our part, guarantee full confidentiality of all technical and production data that we become familiar with during a local site visit to your plant.

All prices provided in our offers are net prices. We settle honestly, without hidden costs. After signing the contract, we issue a pro-forma invoice, and you settle the remaining amount after the completion of individual implementation stages. We always determine the payment schedule before starting work, so you know exactly when and for what you are paying.

If additional requirements arise during work that exceed the original contract, we always inform you about it in advance and price it separately. We don't do anything on our own, without your consent. We value transparency in relationships with Silesian entrepreneurs.

We design our systems to be safe and stable. Nevertheless, in industry, there is always a risk of equipment failure, which we, as software suppliers, do not always have control over. Silesia Growth Hub is responsible for errors in the code or incorrect system configuration, however, we are not responsible for downtime resulting from the wear and tear of your machines or errors by people operating the production line.
